Villeroy has over twenty years of experience working with individuals and families in different settings and communities. She appreciates the uniqueness of each individual/family. She is passionate about quality assurance and safety beyond the bedside. Villeroy published the Collaborative Cultural Competence (C3) framework in 2022 as a means of fostering a community-centered, family-centered and individual-centered approach to care. As a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with such background, her role in assessment, diagnosis, medication management and therapy facilitates treatment outcomes for her clients. She sees children, adolescents, adults and older adults for support arounds issues managing diagnosis like ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Conduct disorder, Personality disorder, other behavioral and emotional issues as well as intrapersonal, and relational conflicts. Villeroy sees patients both in-person and virtually, with flexility in the evenings and weekends. Villeroy uses Individual, couple, and small group treatment modalities. Her passion to help others to reclaim and sustain their "highest potentials" is what sets her apart.
