Dorothy Egan has been with MFCS since 1992. Her background includes inpatient work, school social work, and community mental health. She brings to her work both an understanding of individual behavior and an awareness of the impact of family, school, work, and community on each person. She works with adults, teens, and children, collaborating with the family in her work with the children. Her approach is eclectic, and includes play therapy, insight oriented therapy, development of healthier coping strategies and thought processes, and relaxation techniques.
